CANCELLATION POLICIES LOCAL DEALS (CLIMBING & RAPPELLING)
All Cancellations or Changes to existing reservations need to be made 72 hours prior to event date and time.
Full refund of any deposit , partial payments of full payments will be issue if cancellation is made 72 hours prior to event starting date  and time.
None refund will be issue if cancellations are made between  72 hours of Event starting date / time
"Special Local Deal" or "Promotional Deal"  refund giving as "Activity Credit" only.
"Promotional Deals" credits does not have monetarily value.

INCLEMENT WEATHER LOCAL OUTINGS CANCELLATION POLICY (CLIMBING & RAPPELLING)
In the effort to offer you a better outdoor experience we are forced to cancel all Climbing/Rappelling outings on days when Weather is below 45f for more than 50% of the outing (half of the class time) or  Rain / T- Storm is a valid variable in the forecast.
We hope you understand this policy is in effect for the benefits of our clients.
In case of Inclement weather a new date will be "credited" to all clients or "Full Activity Credits" will be giving as requested.
This Inclement Weather Policy may vary for Winter Events.

OUR ADVENTURE TRIPS  CANCELLATION POLICY
All rates for ADVENTURE TRIPS are per person, based on double occupancy.
DEPOSIT are per person
Cancellations and Refunds: Final payment is due  30 days prior to trip. Full refund will be issue to any cancellation 30 days prior to trip. Cancellation  29 days or less prior to trip, a cancellation fee of $100.00 will apply ; Cancellations 15 days or less  prior to trip,  no refund will be issue.
We reserve the the right to refuse service to any body not in capacity to safely participate in any  events.
